                       Health is the bigger aspect and good health is very big subject of Human life. for every individual day by its became matter of taking very care about Physical as well as psychological in 2024.

                 Body and mind both  are two faces of single coin of human life, imbalance between them may lead to face difficulty in life. Let us discuss in details about  health which is very important part of Life. "Because Prevention is Better than cure"

               Health is most concerned matter of 2024 and upcoming days , why it is more concerned. will see one  by one.

     Changes in climate:  Climate is playing major roll in Health management. Human body could not resist or failed to defend itself with foreign body (virus) entering into Human body. like CORONA,  so body needs to some time get know that body is family er one or unfamiliar one, in that gap time it
may occupy and establish its emperor.


Changes in Eating Drinking habits : Eating and drinking  is another route of getting sick, unhealthy and contaminated water and other dangerous or not digesting to body may lead to down the line of health. eating Junk foods nowadays it became professional.
 
Routine of daily life : Routine of life also take us to get disturbing cycle of Health, Most of the time heavy and very physical hard working people may suffer in this category, due to continue practice this they look older changes in their shape of the body may loose their energy of muscles.

Depression : One of the most and getting common nowadays its Depression , A healthy person may loose his caliber by going under depression, which is very dangerous it may thinking negative about life and may be worse.

Addicting to bad habits : Most of the Young generation is addicting to some bad habits as per statistics of last 5 years . it just start for starting as fun later it becomes addict which may leads to get individual himself surrender to the addict .

Weak Immune system:  Weak immune system is failed to prevent some common viral fever and cough , which may lead to turn other disease may attack and make worse of individual health. causes for this may be genes issue.

Exercise for Body :   Physical exercise very essential for day to day life especially in 2019-23 is made more lazy for people, no physical work no workout no good health, so at least 1 hour daily early morning should do some physical workout  not heavy one, brisk walking jogging and  Surya namaskara, some warm up exercise is enough to keep yourself active energetic though-out the day. Try it

Exercise for Mind: exercise for mind also same important even more important than physical body.  By doing meditation is very helping to be calm and stress-free of Life
peace in mind smile on face. Try it

Cultivating good habits: Cultivating good habits also gives pleasure and happiness for life.  example by helping needy people , like giving foods to older and who are not able to earn foods for their life helping them gives good feels and spend at-least one hour with old age person, and 1 hour with small children's. defiantly they will made your day. Try it.

Healthy eating pattern: healthy eating pattern is no doubt defiantly gives better life and healthy one.  eating 90% of natural is enough to get good and better life which difficult now day's,but try to eat more organic foods, avoiding junk foods, and other foods which  damaging internal organs , Try it


Early to diagnose :  Early diagnose is very essential to remain healthy. everyone should have basic health information about basic medications as per Doctors advise. if its major defiantly visit to Hospital to get diagnose . Try it
